SOCIAL EMOTIONAL LEARNING (SEL)

The mission of the La Jolla Cluster Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) committee is to identify, share, align and grow social-emotional programs at all La Jolla Cluster schools. SEL initiatives in our Cluster include implementing the No Place for Hate and Project Wisdom curricula, Great Kindness Challenge certified schools, community screenings of education and SEL focused films (most recently, Screenagers: Next Chapter),  "Agents of Change" assemblies for parents and students, and various parenting workshops from community experts.
